can i place 3 ads in index page and also can i place 2 link units in the same page?

i need to place each of 3 ads in different place?now i had place two square ads in top with link units and i had placed another square ads in right side of my site..this format is correct?

 

I don't recommend putting so many ad spaces it will reduce your site value

You can Place 3 Ads Units, 2 Link Units, 2 Search Units on the same Page. It's legit by Google in there latest terms also.

But according to the Matt Cuts and Google SEO Dept. Google will not give benefit to those blogs who will place so many Ads on the website.

Like using decent and less ads will give more benefit.
