PayPal fee calculation

I'm actively buying websites recently and some sellers ask me to cover PayPal fees. Does anybody know how to calculate a PayPal fee accurately? I tried to use thefeecalculator (dot) com but a recepient received less funds than I expected regarding to this calculator.
