    with allinanchor command my site ranks 12, but without ir ranks between the 70 and 200 position, it variates each day.. what is it?

    how old is the site?

    to really diagnose it we'd also need to see how decent the on-page optimization is as well.

    there's no tool that can check with 100% accuracy. with experience you can just tell.

    if your ranking is significantly lower for the "real" serps than it is for the allinanchor ones, it's usually the rest of the sandbox assuming 1) you're not hit by any other filters/penalties and 2) your on-page optimization is fine
