How to write an effective title for SEO purpose

    Hi,
    alot has been said about the title and other meta tags for better SEo practices. Can some oe explain How to write a good title? What words and how long it should be?

    of what i have learnt its not to be repititive, has to be different for every page contain no hyphens underscores and describe your page to a T i use around 10 words max ;)

    that uses the keyphrases and keywords you're targetting, hopefully. :)

    and important keyphrases should be as close to the start of the title tag as possible.

    I like to use interlocking keywords that can make many individual phrases.

    Write a keyword-rich title tag and make sure you put the top keyphrase up front. Ideally I think the title tag should not be more than 65-70 characters. More than that would make it look spammy.

    keywords, but keep it a bit short so it looks legit.

    Using your targeted phrase should work. Have a check on its competitiveness too. Having multiple phrases on the title could defeat the purpose.
