    I am looking for a top forum - needs to be established with high number of users - does not need to be fully monetised - willing to pay very high price - particularly interested in webmaster forums, ufo forums, tech forums etc

    BUT can be in any niche,

    I will of course need revenue and traffic proof etc before any purchase

    That's a nice budget, but quality forums are valuable and very rare commodities. I only bought one semi-active forum after a few years pursue. I have given up the idea of buying active forums, it's not worth the time.

    Hi there,

    I disagree completely - If you know where too look it wasn't that hard - took my I'd say 5 hours of research to get offers rolling in - however the offers I've had are not worth the price of the forum - I know how to evaluate a forum's worth / potential vary well - at the moment though I'm considering a few serious buys - but only want 1 or 2 max!

    I can sell you www.darkztar.com if you're interested but I'm not sure if you're interested cause the niche is more into gaming, like online gaming, has been around since 2007. 22k member base and over 1.75 million posts, we receive about 40-50 new registrations everyday.
