    Well, I guess in the end, it does not quite matter what the TLD is. To me, the value is in the contents and as for the domain name, the relevance to the contents which counts.

    The value would really be in the eyes of the beholder.

    My answer would be to don't think of new extensions as way to get mortgage, poker, & casino. Think of the value of the domain to the people in the country that would use it. Think about which language they speak also.
