YES I post both the jobs on freelancer for my website.

IF you check both the job is more then one year old.

As I said my website is on google 1st page with most of the common money related keywords that is the main reason I got high click rate on my ads. Also I have placed my adsense in a way so it look like a website part.

I am not working on website from the last 6-7 month. There are so many post which need to be moderate on the forum backend. But as I said, I am busy with my other project so I did't get chance to update it.

If I dont get the good price for my website, then I'll hire some people to to moderate the forum and also update the website with new articles.

Why won't you grant me access to your analytics? there won't be any risks like you said, google has that feature for a reason.
$3500 is a lot, so I want to see if the reports are legit.

Most people selling sites for a high price like this would either go on teamviewer or grant ones access to view the reports.
If you can do this, then I might still be interested.

Also are you located in India? because I don't think paypal accepts payment from india?

 

After conducting a review, the earnings is a risky one.
One day it earns around < $3, then next it earns $40-$60 and back down to $1-$2. It is never consistent and the highs and lows are quite high, can you please explain?

I've got many sites that are consistent and I've never seen such big margins between 1 day to the other.
