I woke up to a bad surprise, all my dues deleted, zeroed, as Hotfile suddenly changed its TOS and now it only pays for subscriptions originating from affiliate links and files. Still, if they do it today, they will do it again in the future... Guess this is the tsunami results of what happened to Megaupload
100% right, it's unusual to work with them. i stopped uploading last month and i deleted all my files, for not letting them to ban me and at least not scam my 150 $ generated by their sales system...they did it and deleted my account for "DCMA stuff".
Currently Turbobit is the only filehost which pays through paypal even though they have 45 days hold on sales earnings.
Hotfile is stupedest file sharing site .... they provide much less income than other sites do .. they were top filesharing site year ago and now they are junk for reason
