    Look for coupons on Retailmenot.com and apply those coupons on domain registrars like Namecheap, GoDaddy, etc.

    i believe only namecheap and godaddy always the one doing the promotion .
    But after sopa and the domain price increase by ICANN..
    look like the domain promotion been stop quite sometime.

    resell.biz and namesilo.com have the lowest price that know. $8.5 to $9 for .com

    I suggest to go with namesilo.com. They are new in the market and advertising massively. Probably, you will see their add at the bottom of this page too. Good service and features.

    There is also a promotion code TRYNAMESILO. You will get $2 discount. Don't know how long the coupon will be valid.

    1and1.com has some cheap prices.. I think now they're like 7 bucks but they often have sales. Back in Nov. they had .coms for $1. After that, they were 3 bucks... Just have to watch them and see what the deals are...

    ONly setback with them is they don't allow you to directly change your name servers. You insert your name servers and they update them. This can sometimes take 24 hours. I've seen 48 hours sometimes.

    Sucks if you're trying got build a quick site...

    I would recommend you namecheap its really cheap over there. Name.com is also nice but i never used i. Its just your choice. There are many people who gave you Coupon code below it might help you out too.
