Hello, One of my site is Malware Detected. It opens in Firefix and IE but not open in Crome. So, is there anyone who can help me with this. Kind Regards, Rahul
Switch themes. It may be local to just the free theme that you are using. If so, then you know where the problem is.
No site is secure if you don't know what you are doing. Even yours. So don't try and put that off on WordPress. The problem with WordPress is that people get a false sense of security because so much of it is open source, so they get used to not paying for stuff and invite malware into it by using nulled scripts and plug ins, free themes from just anybody, stealing premium themes from sites like Rapidshare, and other bad practices that will eventually screw up your site. Combine that with the amount of amateurs that open their websites up to malicious people by allowing users to upload files and post content, not properly vetting "guest bloggers", giving their dashboard and FTP info to anyone that promises to help them with a problem for cheap or free, and people running MU and BuddyPress with no idea of how to stop spammers. WordPress is as secure as any other website. But no website can survive all of the things that people do to it trying to save $1 or constantly looking for shortcuts. WordPress is the most abused publishing software out there, and then people cry that they got hacked. Just like an email virus..you didn't get hacked, you let it in. No website is 100%. Just ask the DOD, Visa, and Sony. But when it comes to WordPress, most people do it to themselves.

It could be due to the WordPress Theme you are using. Why don't you switch theme and see if that solves. Don't just use any free WordPress themes that you find because some are potentially create to spread malwares that will make way for your websites to be hacked.
Depending on the level and how advanced is the malware , changing them is not going to help. Reloading whole WP may or may not either. If DB is infected then you have bigger problem It all depends For more tips how to secure your WP go here :http://www.askfrank.net/how-to-secure-wordpress-blog-from-being-hacked-2012/
