Adsense is quite a new subject to me, and I recently started a new project that I'm going to monetize with Adsense

I came up to this site - http://www.wisegeek.com/ and I was wondering how do these guys style their ads like this?

I know it's a css thing but just can't get it done

    Here's some exemples

    Any input is appreciated

    Thanks

Create a new ad or modify your ad in adsense, you can customize the font size, color. and ad borders, colors, link colors, text colors, highlight, as well as font type. hope this helps

how about styling the ad just like the above example?

That's an ad block that I don't have in my dashboard.

They are using Google Doubleclick for Publishers, not straight Adsense. Google does that formatting based on certain criteria or lack of hosted ads from the parent site.

You have to sign up for a Doubleclick account with Google. From there you have to set it all up, and then choose the options to show Adsense in place of your own ads if they are either not available or not applicable. It's alot different than Adsense, and used for a completely different purpose (serving your own ads). I can't really explain it all, it's all documented with the Doubleclick for Publishers account and help functions for that product offering from Google.

The ads are NOT styled by the person running the site, they are styled by the Google product above. You cannot change the appearance, beyond what the Adsense config tool allows, yourself, else you are in violation of Adsense TOS.
