Well,

To be frank the navigation bar moving from top to the bottom on scrolling the page is quite a put off.
I would rather suggest you to come up with something which is more consistent and gives a professional look.

Actually there is an option from Dashboard > Theme Panel where the user can turn the scroll effect off easily.

One question: Earlier when I reviewed this theme, I thought it had footer and header with the same width? Or am I wrong here? At the moment, the header is centrally positioned whereas footer with widgets is full width. Not sure if that's a standard approach. Most themes that I have seen either will have both centered or full width.

(Anyhow, the design looks good)

 

Actually there is an option where you can change the header to full width or rounded centered in THEME OPTION.
