    1. is extension something that is importnant if i have 2 number domain name?
    2. how much domain like that worth?

    imo, it depends on who will buy, and what will mean.
    It's just like 852 = Hong Kong for people like me, but nothing to others. ;)

    Mostly people will not prefer for number domain because it cause your keyword change and it hard to remember , that is why mostly people start ignore to put numbers in the domain name.
    It will affect your SEO and it will affect your brand name .

    If your targeted users are from Serbia then it is huge advantage in SEO to have that domain. Your site will rank high for .rs domains and will give you a high pagerank.
