    They are no follow, but because Google has a special interest in what people are saying on Twitter, if people start retweeting your links or visiting your site a lot from your links, they will have serp value.

    If your tweets are really retweeted, you'll be benefitted. If you purchase the tweets, your site will be penalized.

    When Google has real time feature, I have a massive traffic even they are no follow. But now it has down to 70%.

    If you have popular tweets that are regularly retweeted you will be benifited (but don't buy.). However, I think they are no follow

    Yes, twitter links are No follow. But if they come from strong high quality Twitter profile then they do get some additional benefits related to SEO.
    Using some strategies, you can easily generate Twitter followers helpful to increase the no. of links to your Company website from Twitter.

    twitter link are nofollow.. but i can guarantee it can drive massive traffic to your page just for tweet and retweet.
