    Its totally upto you and your interests. Users who are interested in web servers, security, hosting etc. go for MCSE where as users who are basically interested in networking part like cabling, router, switches etc. go for CCNA

    well, the quality of courses also depend on the tutors there, so look up for courses closer to your interest, however try to find smth about the tutors there.

    I've made up my mind on CCNA...I have experience in A+N+. I'm going on the CCNA Training in a month.

    Which books can I study from beforehand, as I don't have experience in Cisco courses.

    My suggestion is that you go for both MCITP Enterprise Administrator and CCNA. Get to know both worlds.

    CCNA is just a basic course - its easy to learn.

    I will go for CCENT and MCITP Enterprise Desktop Administrator :) Entry level Tech Support job and once you go up .. take another cert again to prove your skills.
