Can others CC be used to varify Paypal?

Hi, can paypal account be varified with some otherone credit cards???

 

I dont think you can verify it by that CC in others name.....

It says "EXACTLY THE NAME AS IT APPEARS ON YOUR CREDIT CARD"

 

You have to use the same name as you are using to create your paypal account.

You can't verify paypal by some others account. paypal account is for one cc and different emails for sure.

 

i verified with credit card of my mother . the trick is paid some one in ebay. from ebay i was taken through paypal credit card setup.in that name field was blank . i entered my mother name and credit details and got verified eventhough paypal account in my name.

so u can do it.

Dont you have to have billing address for vcc?

 

I think the purpose of verifying a Paypal account with a credit card number is that the credit card number is issued to you. I could be wrong though.

 

Try it, it works sometimes.

 

And then get mad when Paypal suspends your account for falsifying records. This is why so many people hate Paypal. People do things against their user agreement and then get mad when Paypay finds out.

Paypal has a Buyer Complaint Process to protect them as well as the buyer. And this is the main reason - since people are trying to circumvent the rules of Paypal. if you are trying to become verified, there are other ways in accordance with the Terms of Service

 

The reason it works sometimes is that their name verification system doesn't support cards issued by certain banks & countries.
