Yes there are many softwares for doing that but those softwares will not give you better results. Instead you submit it manually.

Form fillers work well but you must still do everything pretty much manually - creating your directory lists, visiting the webpage, auto-filling the form, entering the CAPTCHA. With software all of that's done for you, literally click a button and off it goes. I've never looked back, it's literally saved me days/weeks of my time and before anyone says differently, the results are exactly the same, and yes it does always select the most appropriate category - in addition to watching it working I can check the submission report when it's finished. It's a personal choice, but I prefer using software. I use submiteaze but there's plenty of others to choose from and I guess they all do pretty much the same thing.

Yes RoboForm or any such Addon for Firefox is best to speed up your work for submission.

you could use an automatic search engine submiter, but building your own personal back links after this wold be the best idea.

Maybe try purchasing manual submission in the service section? I am sure there are some users offering this kind of service but they aren't cheap for large amount of submission since after all it's 'manual work'.

There are several programs for that, but I wouldn't recommend any of them. They can do more harm than good when directories figure out you didn't submit manually and even Google doesn't like too many links within a short period of time (not to mention that most of these links would be worthless, really).

I've been using software to automatically submit for a few months and not had any problems whatsoever. I would have a guess that the people who are saying 'dont use it' have never actually used any submission software. These people do show their complete lack of SEO knowledge because they say things like 'using software will get you banned', but think about it; if that were actually the case then you could use this software as a weapon to target your competitors and get them banned. That obviously couldn't ever happen.

You cannot get banned/penalised in search engines for off-site optimization, that is a fact. So how you choose to submit to directories, whether in a web browser or using an automated software makes zero difference. The end result is exactly the same, but using submission software takes just minutes to setup but to do it manually takes hours upon hours. I prefer to do things quickly and get the same result than spending days doing it manually. That's me, take your pick.

You can use allsubmitter. Quickly and qualitatively. Bases are created in such a manner that errors at registration don't happen. It is possible to use spin

I have used directory submission software in the past but there was no problem with that software. Please first check before submitting directories through a software if you are spamming with that software then you may get blocked or face plenty from search engine.

There is no point in using any software to submit your site - just when you have some free time devise a list and work your way through it... Doing it manually will be much more beneficial
