i think this trick is not work anymore today..

 

Its works only for US.If other country.They said Read TOS.We can do that.But you can withdraw money after 180 days.as per paypal policy.

I have sold to someone my site $200 after he got my domain and my site in next week he disputed me and he claimed his account was hacked. and now paypal give me special chargeback..please help me to win my case. Hello I have copied the letter and I am now waiting for Paypal's response. If all options fail, can I just create another Paypal account on the same IP but under a different name?

 

You should also change your IP, or they'll catch you and will again limit your account.

I know this is a old thread but recently my paypal account got a permanent ban and i'm not even sure why and they are not even telling me why.
I followed this thread and sent them the email yesterday but today got the below response and am not sure what to do now, can someone please help.

PayPal reserves the right to limit access to any account reported to be involved in possible fraudulent or high risk behavior. In the event of a dispute, PayPal will seek to recover the funds from you by debiting your PayPal balance and, if there are not sufficient funds in your PayPal balance, PayPal reserves the right to collect your debt to PayPal by any other legal means.

Due to the potential risk of chargebacks and other risks of funds reversals, your balance will be held 180 days from the date of the limitation. At that time, any remaining funds will be available for withdrawal.

This means you can not do anything. The account is gone now. I'd suggest switching to Skrill or something else.

I hope this one would work, ive emailed then all with that above..
.. Im having problems because they limit my account , I cant do anything, they require something to resolve but they they will requiere another set of thing on order to resolve, my money was there for how many days, and I havent withdrawn it for 3days in order to see if there wold be no problem, because everytime I withdraw I got error, so I left it there for 3days ,then when I was going to withdraw it still error but, I left it again, but suddenly this morning as I was able to withdraw it.. when I open it was LIMITED OMG! I havent paid my bills because of it, and I I have debts because I hvent withdraw the money, and my friends account too got limited without any reasons, our accounts are verified and have a funds more that a 200$ each .. I hope this will help
