$$$ Myspace Site For Sale

I am looking to sell one of my Myspace resource sites www.myspacelayoutspunk.com. The site has a custom css design so the sites look can be easily changed. There is a full admin CP which lets you manages all the layouts, graphics, ect and add or remove categories. The site is currently getting between 700 - 1000 visitors daily and I expect that to increase as I have just completed several 3 way link exchanges for the site.

The sites traffic is 95% search engine and link exchange traffic as the site does rank for several keywords and I have not used any PPC or other paid advertising on for the site. The sites earnings come from ypn ads.

I have just lowered the BIN by $300 if anyone is interested I would like to get this sold quickly.

 

I'd be interested to see what adsense ads are earning as many of us don't have ypn accounts.

Those ypn stats are probably a little more accurate than awstats for visitors also as the awstats tend to be inflated.

 

Where did you see Adsense ads? I only saw ypn.

In regards to adsense, I was suggesting switching ypn over to adsense for a day or two so those of us who are interested in the adsense revenue but don't have ypn can see if the monetization via adsense is worth it ( Added nevermind I see where you say you don't have an adsense account). In regards to the accuracy of awstats, everyone who uses these knows that the visitors and views are overinflated due to one file being on a myspace profile site counting as a visitor on awstats. Goog analytics is much more accurate. One of my myspacer resource sites gets 110K uniques according to awstats, yet goog analytics says it's nothing close to this.
