I don’t know the domain extension belongs to but I would think it will go for the same price you registered it for.
It does not make sense to me. I think domain names should reflect somehow on what the website is all about. If you can change it and be more specific, please do.
domain name, it's meaning, it's length does make a difference to it's price. Your domain could possibly be of more importance to another company than yourself. like fb.com was bought by facebook for 8.5 million dollars and digg.com for over a few hundred or a million dollars. We are talking about selling a domain name ONLY not domain name along with the website. .af is a country level domain extension. .af stands for Afghanistan but then again we have domain names like embed.ly adf.ly, which people buy because they form a word out of the domain name + the extension and hence a good way to market it. There's many business out there that not all of us are aware of. URL Shortener is one business and they need very short URLs in order to compete.

2 character domains are good. You may install some free URL shortener script on it for example. Anyway Afganistan has about 30 million of population currently. It's quite poor country now but who knows about it's future.
