    This site get 87% traffic just from Google and gets around 250+ a day.

    Its makes some income from adsense ($10) and there is another way I montize it which makes $20-60 a month
    (i will only tell this method to the winner so this method does not get saturated)

    I dont require this website anymore as I am not going to run my server any longer and dont want the hosting costs.

    So this is yours for a great price.

    No.. its the correct amount. Monthly revenue is $50-$70 normally so $720 a year. Seems a good BIN me.
    Anyway, you can make your $150 bid if think it will win.
