It looks cool but add some interactivity to the pages. Design a nice banner for the forum and it makes the site looks much better.

 

Well, the logo seems to be quite small when compared to the header size, it would look better if it can encompass the complete left side of the header.

to be honest, the logo is ok, and the header all in all too, but the header and the main forum look as two separate parts, from my point of view
