    I made a withdrawal on Feb 23rd early morning around 2 am! In Paypal, it is mentioned that it is completed as on Feb 23 itself. However, I have not received the money yet. I have started using Paypal to receive money after a gap of 15 months. Not sure, if it had an effect on this delay. As a precaution, I added another bank account lately.

    I'm supposed to receive the money today (March 2) as per Paypal's email.

    I have a question. If I don't receive the money by the end of today (even after a few more business days), what are my options?

    Does Paypal try to transfer it again using the alternative bank? Or does it send a cheque? or just wait and pray to get things sorted out? :)

    Contact them using phone call after evening time (IST) and let them know of this issue. You'll get credit back in your paypal account IMO.
