Do you mean you are outsourced by some other person to post answers in Yahoo answers?

I think you are saying the the answers which you post are being flagged as spam. If this is the case, than NO being a higher level wont help either. You got to post answers that are relevant and dont look like spam and you will be OK.

No ! Even you manage higher yahoo level 4 or 5 it will not changed anything because yahoo terms and condition process for all members. Even high ranking of Top contributors. It will not change anything.

s_a_kanon, Be sure that your emails don't look like typical spam emails: don't insert only a large image, check if the character-set it the right one, don't insert "IP-address-only" links. Write your communication as you would write a normal email. Make it really easy to unsubscribe or opt-out. Otherwise, your users will unsubscribe by pressing the "spam" button, and that will affect your reputation.

Just be sure to put quality answers as well as relevant answers to the questions. I would only drop my links that are related to the post and also use other sources just to diversify it. So far, I have no problems. :D

You need to use the yahoo answer smartly or else your account is going to be banned. And once they ban an account, no application or things like that will work.
