I remember being at a site, where you post what you need like your script, put it at the highest you will pay, and coder will big down on it (Lowest they will do it for)... Does anyone remember the link of any of these that are really popular? THX!

Scriptlance is the way to go. Found many good coders there. I don't like cheap coders that don't do the job right >:O

I guess rentacoder.com no longer accepts paypal, which is horrible. Does anyone know if www.getafreelancer.com accepts paypal?
I would start with getafreelancer.com and elance.com. A lot of people already found a really good coders, however, there is always a chance that something will not work properly, so it is always very sensible to start with smaller tasks.
