Selling Micro Niche Website - SEO - Google #5 - 1600 global searches/month - POTENTIAL

well I started a website a few weeks ago and I put lots of effort into this website! To be honest I do not want to sell this website because I really know how much potential such a website has! Trust me on that I don´t like to sell this website cause everything that is done was made by myself! No automatic scripts or some bull*hit like this! Well now let´s get the facts:

- Domain is about one month old!
- Website is made with wordpress and on-page SEO is done for 100%!
- off-Page SEO is already done.
- All posts are unique and written by a native english speaking writer.

- Keyword: cco makeup
This Keyword gets about 1600 unique searches per month! I made a lot SEO work and guess what? My website is ranked on the first page of google! It goes up and down but often the website is between position 5 - 7! After I wrote a new article I was on first position for 3-4 days! The domain name is an exact search domain name! I already built some backlinks! Some of them are already found and the others will be found within the next 2-3 weeks!

- Visitors: 800 uniques per month!
I get about 20 - 30 visitors per day! That´s about 800 per month! I installed google analytics and statpress on my wordpress site!

- Revenue:
I optimized this website for the maximum! I have CJ products which I promote and I also use google adsense! I added this two things today so don´t ask me if I already made revenue ! Anyway think about the position on google and the visitors this site gets per month! Now you can imagine how much you can earn.

Anyway as I already said I did everything by myself (except the articles - hired a professional writer) and I won´t let this website go for a few bucks! I know how much such a website can earn per month!

I have the site on page 2 position 14 also it says 14 in my rank tracker. might just be dancing a bit.

I just looked by myself and right now the website is on position 2!

It's on the second page now. Not a very stable site.

But I agree with you it changes from time to time but I never saw a ranking out of the first page!

Try logging out, clear your cache and then see. as being logged in will make a difference as well as history/cache. I have viewed manually and through tools, it's real position is page 2.

 

The site is on page 2 in G.com - the reason being the home page is no longer ranking for the keyword of :cco makeup - this is generally a dance via google, basically the home page has been removed from the serps for the given keyword (cco makeup) hence an inner page is now ranking for this keyword instead (page 2).

What 'should' happen is within a few days the home page should start ranking again and may/may not return to the #2 spot but only time will tell.

I've also checking via proxies so it's nothing to do with my location / PC setting etc etc
