You can appeal for the re-enabling of the adsense ads. It may take some time to normalizing the ad supply. It has happened in my case. My blog www.chukkiri.blogspot.com made postings regarding ptc sites and posted pay out proof images. This caused to cease the ad publishing on this site. I deleted such sites and applealed for the re-instating of the ads again. Now my blog is getting adsense ads.

You have a chance, but in the appeal say what you'll do to make sure you don't repeat the same mistake again in the future.

Most of appeals are not working. I think once you have violated terms, they have strict policy on re approving.

You can submit your website for reconsideration. As their support guys are very busy you need to wait for long period. Till then keep promoting your website and make them high quality so when google people will review it again they will approved it in first attempt.

Very few people get their account back or you can say 1 out of 100. Once disable, it mean disabled.

As others have already noted, once you've violated Google's policies, it is very difficult to have your site approved again. Present your case by contacting Google directly (it might take a while to receive a response if you actually hear back from them at all) -- if you're lucky, they will enable Adsense on your site again.

Once disable account cannot be reinstated (unless you have a convincing appeal and a promising words which are truth and provable). In my view, reason like yours will not be enough to convince the Google adsense guys to get your account reinstated.
