    See all the free tools used for generate xml site map can help you to incorporate only 500 links. You can use a paid tool for that.
    The limitation is that you can exceed the xml site map more than 10KB or 50,000 links. You can integrate sitemap within sitemap.

    To generate sitemap for over 500 pages, use xsitemap dot com, it's totally free and very easy to use. Just try it and if u have any problems then pls let me know.....

    You will have to go for paid XML sitemap generator tool. xml-sitemaps.com will allow you to generate sitemap for only 500 links.

    I think You should be generate Sitemap category wise with it you can make easily your sitemap.
