    Hey guys i have a problem and want your advice I bought a website from an auction here and sent the money to the seller with paypal and it's about 4 days and i didn't here anything from him he was supposed to push the domain to my account and transfer the website but for now i didn't have anything and he didn't log in to his account here for 4 days
    what i can do if he was a fraud

    How much did you pay for? Maybe wait for a couple of days more before reporting it to Paypal.

    I would probably wait 5 more days then do a charge back. You know, you shouldn't buy websites from people with no positive itrader reputation. Its foolish.:)

    Did the seller have any itrader as you dont provide a great amount of information apart from you have parted with $150 for a site,i would give it another few days to give the person the benefit of the doubt but if its longer than a few days gut feeling tells me a PayPal chargeback is your last hope.Always check a members itrader as although its not a perfect system it can give you a rough indication on how reliable and honest the member is.Good luck with it and hope it turns out fine for you.

    I say just dispute it, it will serve as a wake up.call for the seller, then u can cancel the dispute no problem.

    ive got my refund from paypal b4

    before you go all nuclear on his ass, consider that he may have fallen ill, his wife may have gone into labor, he may be lying in his bathroom with a broken heiny, unable to move yada yada. Having said that, paypal's 'returns' policy has a time limit, so don't allow that to lapse.
