Beware This Is a Criminal Who Steal Money Without Shame From Naive Buyers
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2412438#post17377353

There is no tool for checking former redirection on the domain !
In some rare cases Archive.org and/or Screenshots.com did have archives that point the domain used to have a redirection.
Notice that even if the info:domain.com check passed it doesn't mean the domain don't have a former redirection which gave its PR.
Checking the backlinks of the domain is a great way to check if the PR is natural and valid, always remember this stone rule:
PR(x) domain must have at least one quality, natural, authentic PR(x+1) backlinks and in some rare cases a PR(x) will be enough but it has to be really powerful one.

    Totally agree with tbtb

I want to say.. we don't want to pay low price to buy rubblish,
we can pay high price, if you are really high quality , good for seo

we are not keep our eye on "PR" which is only a number
