There is nothing better than Adsense when it comes to contextual ads....period. If they banned you or if your site is adult oriented, then you can check into 7Search which seems to do better than most of the other contextual providers. here's a screenshot of what they are paying for my clicks for my niche: http://datingprt.co.uk/clicksreport.JPG The ads fire off of keywords you set so there's no misreading of the pages. You can always go in and adjust your keywords to fine tune the ads that display.
On clickbank you have a lot of fitness related products to promote, you get several dozen dollars per sale.
Diet and weight loss CPA offers will probably earn you the most of everything mentioned. African Mango, Acai and all that
I dont think there is anyone near adsense. But, its genuine idea not to put all eggs in one basket. So, you can try, one site with PPC advertising like adsense only and simultaneously another for affiliates like clickbank, amazon, ebay. In in-text advertising, you can try infolinks as a good adsense alternative. Others are not so good in case of paying and CPC. Or, if you have significant amount of targeted traffic ( especially targeted for some products which people love to spend money online ), you can contact particular advertiser's or companies relating the one and sell advertisement space, this one is the best alternative for adsense.. Hope that helps!!
Can you tell me If I have blogspot blog related to Health and Fitness niche, So can I promote Clickbank products on Blogspot blog?
I personally do not like other contextual Ad programs. However, promoting CJ and Clickbank products may give you a good income. You can also try to get BSA approval, if your site has monthly impressions more than 10k to sell advertising space directly .
I didn't mean just can I promote. I know I can promote it on my blogspot blog. I wanna ask that will I get any sale from it or no? Is blogspot blogs are way to get some sales?
No, I think he says that not because they are on blogsplot, but because many crap people (if we can say that) use blogspot to create crap blogs. So perhaps there is only about 95% crap blogs on blogspot.. But the 5% good blogs, or honest blogs are still plenty since blogspot has many many blogs (don't know how many, but must be a lot)
ok James, As you are an old member of this forum I want to ask from you about my blog. Visit this blog healthandfitnesstip(.)blogspot.()com and tell me you think it's a crap blog or not?
When I see this from your blog: healthandfitnesstip.blogspot .com/2012/01/7-basic-tips-to-feel-younger-and.html And the original here: abundance-blog.marelisa-online .com/2008/10/13/14-tips-to-stay-young/ I can see that you're making an effort to not copy and paste EVERYTHING. So you must have learned about this problem, but you're still trying to copy without being caught.. If I can so easily find out, imagine how easy it is for software created by the big brains working at Google.. So yes I can say it is a crap blog, but don't worry it is way less crap than most of what I see, because you're making an effort.. Surely the next stage for you will be to totally let go of this bad habit and simply write as you want, you'll then find out that it doesn't take that much more time and that whatever you write with your current english level, is fine enough as long as it comes from you, it will be original.. I'm not saying that the content will be of good quality, no, but it will be original and you'll use words in it. It won't be copied and pasted, or copied and mixed like you currently do. That's enough for Google to send you visitors.. Now a deeper question, since you're obviously not a doctor, why did you choose to go in the health niche? Just because you read about the high CPC? It's true, but you should also have thought about the high competition between webmasters, some are even big companies.. So how were you planning on getting ahead of the race? Maybe you forgot that part of the equation.. Anyway, who am I to judge your blog or your way of playing the online money earning game? But I can say that you're not in the worst part of the pack, you're showing signs of evolution to a better, more efficient strategy.. So good luck !
Don't say who I'm to judge please, I have asked from you that question because I you're an expert at this field and everything you say is true. You're right I'm not a doctor so I don't have much knowledge on Health and Fitness niche, But one of friend suggested me to choose Health and Fitness niche because it pays more. I'm really confused. What should I do, How to make atleast $50 monthly? So do you think it's my fault? I always take my posts from other websites but never copied. I learn from other websites and write in my blog.
I just want to know that if any online earner is making more than $1000 monthly, if he shares his success tips with us than will his earning will get low? Will he lose his money? Why everyone is selfish and don't want to share their tips with newbies? (I don't say that I'm newbie) I'm an old on this field but still Noob:S
I'm not expert at all, some might find my strategy even childish and I have a big problem of lazyness and procrastination to the extreme But since I'm driven by my lazyness, my goal has always been to reduce the amount of time worked for the same amount of money, so since adsense is so easy to make money from, I focused on that instead of other things such as affiliate programs. Now my strategy, instead of looking for topics which pay more, is to find topics that cater to the less technical people, and also importantly topics which don't have too much webmaster competition. For the webmaster competition it's quite easy, you'll find more webmaster competition in highest paying topics, think health, money, travel, etc.. Why I want the less technical people possible on my site? Because if I take my own exemple, or you, I know we don't click on ads so much, in fact the more we are technically midned, the better we are at analysis the page before clicking anywhere. The non technical people don't work like that. That's why they take a long time to find anything on internet when you and I can find in only minutes everything about anything, by using google with the right keywords, and then once visiting the sites, analysis the pages and guessing about where the links will take us before clicking anywhere.. Finally when you think about where does the adsense money come from, it's obvious that we need topics where advertizers have something to sell to customers. So, we want a topic which is not deserted by advertizers BUT ALSO very importantly, we need the visitors to come from countries with a large consumer market, so that's western countries, in the case of english language it's of course, US, Canada, UK, Australia. And all the other part of the world where there are people surfing the web in english, we can imagine they have greater chances to be too educated, maybe too technical, and so they're not interesting to us because they're not interesting to most advertizers (since adsense/adwords is a bidding system, the ads won't pay a lot because of lack of competition between advertizers) So anyway to summarize: - western audience - non technical - low to average paying topics - low to average webmaster competition and of course good ad placement, but this is normal, no need to talk about it.. If you take those simple guidelines for your next topic, and you put some real work which doesn't involve copy and paste, and you do it for months, you'll succeed for sure, there is no way you can fail.. It's certainly not the best strategy because of the way I have build it, not for very high earnings, but for getting good money with minimum amount of work. But it works well enough to support my living, so this game can be played like this. The fact that you've been banned and registered again 5 times in adsense will probably be a difficulty because then you're not banned anymore for the same things you did at the beginning which might have involved pure copy and paste, maybe getting friends to click on ads for you, and probably other things. No, now they can only ban you because they find you are the same person whom they banned earlier.. Even if you use another person name and address.. So anyway good luck, but it's not looking good because of the previous adsense bans which I didn't know about.
yes but you see, you show your stats from adsense, don't you know it's forbidden by them? Also you speak about being banned, having a new one currently, and it's so easy to find this account since your sites are linked form this thread. I'm not saying google employees will read this and find out, but I'm saying you're making it so easy, it seems you underestimate them a lot. If you think your account is safe now, this is dellusional, but that's ok. Also you say you never did anything to violate their rules and in the same message that's what you do! It's hard to give credibility to that! Anyway from your stats I can see 2 problems one is CTR, way too low. With your current CPC you should at least aim for a 2.5% CTR and above.. The second and most important is the very low traffic. Here it's a problem of what I discussed above, too much competition between webmasters and you didn't plan any strategy, like going to a gun fight unarmed.. exactly the same situation. But there are things stats don't tell is the origin of the few people who come on your site.. Here again if they're not from western countries, probably the ads will not be relevant enough to interest them more than 0.68% :-( Anyway, good luck, I don't know what to tell you more, I think I have told you well enough if you really want to change the way you play this game.
