I have a site with thin content (~100 words but 100% original)... Almost all my competitor site have large content (more than 200 words but 100% duplicate)... For most of the keywords my competitor sites outrank my site... So Google prefer content length than originality??? Whats your idea??
true it's about trust too but a good quality long original article is always better than short or duplicate article. Most of times 500 words are enough but in my opinion 800+ words article works better. 100 words is really short.
Content with popular key words are what Google picks up on. Having unique content helps draw in more traffic, which will further improve your site's rank. So when it comes to content, length is good but make sure you don't sacrifice quality.
Duplicate content generally refers to substantive blocks of content within or across domains that either completely match other content or are appreciably similar.
I believe when you write 100 words original article, the bot sees word to HTML ratio the lower the ratio the less it prefers, this is what i have seen in other sites discussing to check the ratio they used woofrank.com
friendly speaking, 100 words is not a good length in term of the information. I will suggest go for at least 300 words if possible if you want to get better result
If your keywords are in popular niche and have high competition the 7 month is not sufficient with 100 words articles. You should write articles which represents the complete information for the particular search keyword. Try to write articles with at lease 300 words. Do not use poor quality duplicate content.
