It dose have 38k insurance agents listed which does have some value. It runs a cpa program. I really have no idea how much it has made. I would get a check from clickinsure com every once in a while for $50 to $100 but not every month.
It does not have GA installed but webalizer shows about 700 visitors last month. Just a little cheap site but a nice database and it is a older site so with some SEO it could be a nice site. Asking price is $65.

I bought this site a while ago and intended to use it on the affiliate site it was set up to run on.
*Since am not from the US am only getting:
Declined Application on CJ and clickinsure dot com
So a person from US should not have any problems getting into this system (to my knowledge)

The site has bean offline for approximate 1 month while i moved servers.

looks domain is banned from adsense, since it cannot show ads from google

Google adsense bans people not sites. if the current owner is adsense banned, that does not mean the new owner would be banned.

i didnt say banned from google, i said from adsense.
the adsense sandbox shows no ads to be served to this domain, which means its banned independently who is the owner
do a test yourself and add an adsense ad to the site to confirm if it works or not
