There are no PTC sites where you can make significant cash. Some people do get paid- like $10 or so but thats after hours of work.

 

There are a lot of ways to earn money online. The key is to know how to do it exactly and motivation. I know some people who are not motivated enough and never earn money with half effort. Anyway you can try adsense, affiliate marketing, list building, offering your services (like building website or anything else). Take a look at webmaster forums and see what other peoples are doing.
