Suggestion regarding the best UK based c class IP hosting company please?

    As title says, I'm in need of quite a huge list of UK based c class IP. Budget is somewhere around 1$-2$ per ip depending on the provider. Will someone please suggest me the cheapest yet reliable one around?

    Also, what kinda hosting package I'm supposed to buy from where to get a hand to a reseller package coming with c class IP?

    I am not sure about specific terminology but i need something like this..

    198.162.184.19
    198.162.135.14
    198.162.122.24
    134.135.13.244 (if they are separate like this, even better)

    What I don't want is
    98.162.122.24
    98.162.122.25
    98.162.122.26
