    i own a PR2 example.net domain and i wish to buy example.com as well
however example.com is bought by someone else and is selling for EUR1500+ at SEDO

may i ask what are the means/options for me to acquire example.com?
example.com expires in Oct 2012 - but what if this user renews it again ?? T.T

you need to buy that name now in sedo or escrow. if it is a keyword chances are less to drop and even if it drops other guys may grab in backorder services.

get it while you can from sedo.

If its a good name it will definetly get snapped up on the drop.. Then the new owner might want EUR10,000 - if they even allow it to drop.

In my experience, if the user thinks its worth EUR1500, they will renew it for < $10

You can try to margin for a lower price. Check the current PR and backlinks. If the owner has put in effort to build up traffic, there is no chance of him not renewing.

If it's worrth $1500 then buy it, otherwise choose a different domain. I don't see any other options
