Need Help With Online Lottery Laws...

    I was wondering if it is legal to own an online lottery if the customer pays money for a lottery tickets but doesn't win cash back, he or she wins a prize such as a TV for a Video Game etc....


    Lets say a client buys a $1.00 lottery ticket and wins a TV...

    No Cash Prize....

    ***Lottery will be conducted in the U.S.***

    It is illegal is many US states, if not all.
