    One thing, the site did not solidify rankings until Jan. If having a solid January isn't enough proof, then the site will be kept, built out further, and put up for sale in 2 months when earnings double and you will wish you grabbed at this price. Don't miss out!

    If yes, what SEO you have done to rank it?
    And also, do you use any software to do a keyword research?(besides google keyword tool)
    How much time it take you to get on google's first page?

    Tushar - yes I have done some link building in various forms. I would rather not discuss my specific linkbuilding strategy. As far as KW research, I don't see what tools I use being relevant. It took about a month I think for it to hit page 1. Please do not come here looking for how to build these sites yourself. If you have questions please pm me and maybe I can help but do not clog my sales thread with useless info. Thanks.
