    i recently purchased a website site for 2500$.i paid but i could't get the site.The sellers account is in India and i made the payment from Singapore.is it possible to catch him by booking a case?

    please help me.

    I think he cancelled the account after transferring the money to his account.

    Thats why its important to use Escrow for these kind of transactions.
    Maybe its possible to catch since bank details will be there in PP database.

    Try calling PayPal support via Skype. It's free and number to call: +18882211161

    They might trace the culprit down and get you justice.

    looks like you have been scammed contact paypal as quick as you can like people said about phone paypal and also raise a dispute.

    You can start a dispute and later a claim from your side in Paypal. Try to provide as much and as accurate information you have in the case lodged.

    File a dispute with PayPal; since a website is technically a tangible item you shouldn't have a problem winning the dispute. Take a snapshot of the current WHOIS data and gather any historical WHOIS data that you can to prove who has current ownership.

    Its really hard to to get the money back, since you are not in india, you should dispute the charges, but if the person withdraw the money and close account. then it will be hard to get back the money.

    Make a Paypal dispute on the transaction. If he can get back his domain then you can too get back your money. Make it fast.
