my account it's still up, but....

..i have a couple of doubts about it:

I violated some TOS in hte past and all i had is a warning message from google (after that, i kept myself clean, you know, everyone can make mistakes)

Also, i'm not currently doing anything, and i'm not making any money, even though i get like 300 impressions from old blogs that i don't update anymore.

And, for the record, i never got to the $100.

Now, is there any chance that i get my account removed if this situation keeps going?

What when (if ever) i get to the $100, they will remove my account for those violations i made in the past? (even though they noted them and sent me the warning)
What about not updating my blogs or making new material? can they remove me from that too?

i know that google can be unpredictable of when/why they remove your account, but i want to start some project when i have the time to do so, and i don't want to lose a valuave way to get an income, since it's the only advertising network i can join in my country, and i don't want to invest time and money for not recieving nothing in exchange.

    any answers, suggestions or comments?

    thanks!!

    this is the message:

It has come to our attention that invalid clicks or impressions have

your site. Such programs may include, but are not limited to auto-surf,
    pay-to-surf, pay-to-read, or pay-to-click sites.

As a reminder, any method of generating invalid clicks or impressions
is strictly prohibited by our Terms & Conditions and program policies:

    https://www.google.com/adsense/localized-terms?hl=es
    https://www.google.com/adsense/policies?hl=es

If we continue to detect invalid clicks or impressions from these
services on your ads, we may disable your account to protect our
    advertisers.

    Sincerely,

    The Google AdSense Team

i got that mail on july 11th.

I'm amazed that you got a warning at all, considering all the horror stories I've heard.

Google can do pretty much whatever they want to do regarding your AdSense account, but you aren't actually violating any of their policies. I don't think they are going to terminate your account, but I'd still get on the ball with that new project if I were you. The sooner you can start generating some legit clicks for them the better off you are.

well if it was related to click fraud, then they can do anything later!
But genrally as far as i have seen, if you don't do anything wrong after the warning email, then they don't terminate your account!
But who knows google is very strict in case of Adsense!

Yea,no one knows what they are going to do.
    I think you've already reached the $50 mark..(as you've got the PIN)
So just give it a try,$50 isn't that hard to get.

yep, i accidentally clicked my own ad and joined a autosurf program. They sen't me the message, i erased my autosurf account and some money from the impressions was taken off my account, after that, everything kept being normal. (of course, after that mail i carefully read again the TOS)

Like he said, you won't know until you get there, but Adsense isn't the only way of making money from a website.

PS: Loving the icon, I just watched V is for Vendetta :)

Interesting, I didn't know that Google will send a warning email like that... You are a lucky guy, Someone got banned without a warning.

Just trying to keep it clean and obey the rules, I believe you won't get any problem for that.
