    Companies usually don't care as long as you are promoting their products.It might only be a problem if you are going to use it to talk negative about their products,Which I am pretty sure most people don't want to do with a domain like this.

    TM issue= $0 IMO

    And NameCheap's marketplace is overpriced, nobody would get their domains there. Anybody could just post $2k++ for a domain.

    TM does not affect the value of the domain a single bit.I have bought tons of domains with TM keywords in them but no one has ever objected.
    And namecheap is a bit overpriced I agree,but high end clients don't mind buying domains at high prices.
