I ordered this package and it was delivered within the estimated time period.

Just so that there's no misunderstanding on anyone's part, those 300 high PR links on the 1st layer are also profile page links and they are from domains that have a high PR. The profile pages themselves are PR N/A though I suppose that may change over time due to the 2nd layer linkings. The only issue here is that a significant part of the second layer would also have to get indexed for them to have real value. I'm withholding my judgement at this point but I suppose it's an interesting concept and probably an improvement over excessive profile link spamming done with just one "layer".

You will see changes at links withing a week. Don't worry about links beeing indexed, it has been taken care for that part. And yes, you are absolutely right, it's much better concept, links have much bigger value, and it's very SEO efficient.
