""We have detected some suspicious behaviour coming from your IP address (206.116.50.219) and have been temporarily blocked."That is the message I get when I try to visit your website. It happened yesterday, and is still happening today. I paid for two yearly premium accounts, but within one day I am banned. Is this a temporary or permanent ban, and if so, for what reason(s)? Could you give me a response via email? (pearcechevy@gmail.com) Thank you."Hey, I was wondering if anyone here could help me with this problem I'm having? This is the message I sent the user, 'Hish (Filesonic.com),' and I wanted to relay it in the forums here as it never said I sent anyone a message after I sent it...
Got a message about "suspicious behaviour coming from your IP address" (ie - they suspect dup accounts)... so to address it you create a new account to ask? That oughta fix it.
Well, I have sent a request to their helpdesk about an issue I had even prior to this, 19 hours ago, and they still haven't responded to that one. But thank you, I will try that if I don't get a faster response elsewhere.
I find your post confusing. Are you trying to say you do not find a copy of a PM you sent from DP to Hish? Members have to elect to save a copy of PMs sent in their sent item folder if they want to retain a copy/record of PMs sent through DP. Email options are found here http://forums.digitalpoint.com/profile.php?do=editoptions. If this is a post about filesonic, post belongs in affiliate programs.
Okay, I changed my settings to notify me with a copy of sent messages I sent, thanks for the information. Is there anyway this thread could be moved to the affiliate programs?
"Got a message about "suspicious behaviour coming from your IP address" (ie - they suspect dup accounts)... so to address it you create a new account to ask? That oughta fix it."I actually cannot access the login/register options of the site, or even the homepage. I enter the captcha and it just redirects me to the 'fill out a help request form.' Of course, once I enter my email address it claims I am a registered user and must login to continue.
I think if everything goes normal from your IP, the filters will release your IP from their blacklist.. Still i am not sure how their spam filters work
No my IP is static, I've always had the same IP. And thanks for info... do you know how long a temporary ban is generally?
They banned me after just 2 weeks I paid for the lifetime account. I tried to reason w/ them and ask for my money back, but those ****** didn't gave my money back and tried to get ride of me by saying that I should ask for my money using paypal, which I can not do, and I HAVE EXPLAINED them why I can not. But is no use... they stolen my money and marked my ticked as solved (number 268135) In my country this is a crime, I hope they make a good use of my money, specially in this time of need (of mine) ... I could use that money to pay for my debts/ rent etc... but NOOOOO, they probably need more than I do fu**ers
Sorry to hear that, but anyway now after FSC there is very big loose of data users facing, Down with hish.
