Selling PR2 and PR1 Adsense Micro Niche Sites With Unique Contents, Rankings and 1$ CPC

Welcome to another clearance of my micro niche sites.
These are sites that I have not had time to properly promote. The niches are very well researched and they all average over 1000 searches monthly with al least 1$ CPC. Domains are all hosted at namecheap and do not expire for another 6 months at least.
Sites are all based on wordpress for easy backend administration. All themes are licensed and will be included with sale.
