You need to sell your business? Is that what you are aksing?If so contact a business or commercial real estate broker.If your business is a website only, then put it on flippa.com, a site where websites are sold and auctioned off.
If it's an online business you're looking to sell, check out Flippa. Might be your best bet. If it's an offline business, no idea.
No one can really help you effectively unless you give at least some general idea of what you're trying to market. You don't have to tell us what the product or service is exactly, but maybe a general idea of if you are selling a product in a specific broad niche or if you have a service oriented website. Are you marketing a brick and mortar company? Details please!

In order to help anyone, you have to provide some information of your business. Or else how are we going to help you? If its website help, the basic run down is do a proper keyword research, grab a domain ".com" preferably, have a hosting server. Theres way too many other technical work, so you might have to do your home work.
I am still confused. Are you trying to sell the actual business or are you trying to sell your services and get business? I looked at the site, and if I am understanding it right, you might be looking to sell franchises. There are individuals/companies that help you turn your business into a franchise and get it marketed. As far a your site, I would probably have a native English speaker review it and help you with the editing.
