    PR1 is relatively easy to achieve.. Basically build a site, you get PR1

    You can add folders of pictures from the server, and the script will add all the photos by itself! This website is using Gallary3 for photo handling!

    Sounds like copyright infringement for me and danger for anyone who is in the US trying to do business... I'd stay away.

    I don't think there there is a chance for copyright infringement for wallpapers like this as I have been using it for quite long and I haven't even got a single notice from anyone!
    And fyi most of the wallpaper portals don't have the copy right for all the wallpapers they are hosting!
    If you don't want, don't buy it!
