Most likely the domain has been forearded to a pr10 site and hence it shows as if it is a pr10, in other words its just faked

Have you checked whether the displayed PR is fake or not? You can use Google to define it.

Dude Its not fake, its real.
In my point of view: Google had been PR updated since February, it non serious update, That's why this site achieve 10 PR.
and according to my experience and Survey when Google next time PR update will be Decrease PR this site.

Some pr-checking tools is incorrect, if a site has pr 0 or don't have pr, the tool would tell pr10.

If you have a PR of 10 then you are within the top 100 websites within Google, this PR won't go unoticed for long :)

faking PR like this is fairly easy - just Google it.

It's of no use, unless you're planning to try and 'fool' someone into paying over the odds for a domain. It doesn't carry over into Google's SERPS algorithm.

Boring, old technique that has been covered so many times before.

Simply 301 redirecting a domain into a PR10 while an update happens and then breaking the redirect to create a site on it.

People are simply too wise to fall for this bull and obviously with him looking to add unrelated topics that demand high value link purchases, you can safely assume that you can pick a sitewide up on the 'selling links' area of the forum for a fee around $500 as a 'special offer'.

PR is updated daily by Google, however the tool bar is not and so this will carry nothing in the way of positive equity.

Why do you think that it is created on a .info cheap ass domain?
