    No, they ban your account only if you have bad DMCA stats, its not clued with payment request. But filepost isnt able to send money via moneywallets = payouts :(

    When they did massive ban, they sent me a Secret Email that i am not banned. After few days, i didn't do anything, didn't even upload and they banned me :). May be they want people who can earn some quickbucks to them.

    Next time may be they call u and whisper that u r still with us.

    I got their "Secret Message" too when I login to their site. He asked me to cancelled my paypal cashout and try webmoney cashout, and asked me don't disclose the 'Secret Message' at the public forum. I followed his order, and then after few days, I am banned without any reasons.
