Does anyone know what's going on? Kinda worried that it's going to get hacked or banned or something bad will happen. Only I (admin) can see the page but others cannot see it but it's published. Any help on this?

Did you check its publishing setting??

There are many options in the drop down list:

    Private
    Public
    Friends
    Only me

I think you have set it to "Only me"

Having the exact same problem, seems "only me" is now the default for new pages. Where can I find this dropdown you mention? Thanks!
