Coffee, espresso, energy drinks, Mountain Dew.

Also try to keep yourself busy. If I relax long enough I'll fall asleep, but if I stay busy I can stay up way past the point where I really should be in bed.

    Very true!

Yeah generally the busier I am the less tired I am, until I sit down and start to relax!

Need to have at least just enough rest or else you won't be able to stay up late for those days to rush your stuffs. I have been trying to do work but I am just too tired to even focus and then I fell asleep. =p

Hey, hey! Never avoid sleep! Avoiding sleep will result in many other negative things including stress, weight and appetite changes, etc.

Follow that advice and you'll be permanently asleep in a few years.

Buy Full Spectrum lighting, it'll keep you alert and awake. Also eat healthy food so your body has enough fuel to keep going.

You shouldn't avoid sleep! If you're afraid of not being productive because of sleeping, then sleep deprivation will also be detrimental to your productivity.

If you really are looking for more work less sleep, there is a sleep cycle you can train yourself in:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polyphasic_sleep

I've never tried it yet myself though.

Lights/lamps that are close to 100 on the COlour Rendering Index, i.e. near to the same output as sunlight. Standard lighting doesn't emit the light waves you need to trigger chemicals in your body that cause you to stay awake/alert, full spectrum lighting has, as the name implies, the full spectrum to offer. It's really a good addition to any office.
